My name is Tigerlily and I am the owner and maker here at Five + Two Clouds. I believe that buying hand dyed yarn and handmade crafts should feel special - so I started this business to make that a reality! Each skein of yarn, every accessory, all of my design work is created at my home in Cumbria. My aim is to create unique, beautiful products that are a joy to have and to hold. (Especially the squishy stuff!)

All parcels are sent by Royal Mail Signed for services. I do not send packages without tracking information. Standard postage rate is for Second Class. If you require your order by a certain date please CONTACT US to ensure this is possible.
FREE POSTAGE orders cannot be combined with items that do not come under the free postage offer. Items ordered at the same time will be charged postage.
Payments
I accept all major payments via Shop Pay, Shopify payments, Paypal, GPay and Apple Pay
As of MAY 2022 I will no longer be able to retroactively apply discount codes. Codes must be entered at the time of ordering and it is the responsibility of the individual order to apply the code at checkout.
Returns
I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Cancellations of Custom Bags after using the design service will incur
a 50% Design Fee
I don't accept exchanges

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
